Puff rolls
Don't be fooled by the name baking, it's not sweet buns and ordinary bread, but in an unusual presentation. These amazing rolls are easy to prepare: they need neither to mold nor as something special to add. The dough is simply rolled out, with the help of any molds cut out circular discs, stacked in a pile and bake. They come out with a crispy crust and tasty crumb. Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Water

    350 g

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Sugar

    10 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

Cooking

From flour, water, yeast, salt and sugar knead the dough. This I have done my assistant - bread, leave to come for 1 hour.

Spread bread on a baking sheet and let rise for 45 minutes. Heat the oven to maximum. Put the pan with the rolls inside. Sprinkle the oven with water from a spray bottle and immediately close the door. Decrease the temperature to 230 degrees and bake until Golden brown.

These muffins can be frozen, bake them for 5-6 minutes at 220 degrees. Then cool completely and freeze. Before serving bake, no defrosting, at the temperature of 210 degrees until Golden brown.
