This is the most delicious grilled sausages that I have ever made and ate. Lovely fragrant spices and tender chicken meat makes them simply unforgettable. I just love these sausages!

Cooking
The breast and thighs to rinse, remove the skin and remove all bones.
Scroll through the meat grinder with a large grille.
Crush the garlic with a knife.
For sausages I used a Forester spices for marinating chicken. They are well balanced and have a terrific taste and aroma.
In minced chicken add chopped garlic, spices and flakes green paprika.
Cerevo soak in water for 20-30 minutes, until it becomes elastic. Rinse well and screw on the nozzle for sausages at the end of tying the knot. To fill cerevo forming sausages. Put into the refrigerator overnight. Before cooking cheruvu a couple of times to pierce with a toothpick.
Grilling sausages on the coals 15-20 minutes, occasionally turning them with a spatula. To fry them, I prefer the grill pan from the Forester, so they kept the excellent form and perfectly fried.
