Picnic in Italian
Chicken thigh grilled cooked in Italian style and a light salad of ripe tomatoes and capers will forever win your heart. This picnic will be a memorable one.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    5 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Thyme

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Capers

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Thighs my, remove all the bones. Dry.

Grind garlic, mix it with salt and pepper and RUB the thigh. Sprinkle with thyme.

Olive oil mixed with wine.
