I suggest you to try delicious pancakes with orange-lemon sauce. This sauce is a great complement to the pancakes and gives them a citrus flavor.

Cooking
In a bowl pour the yogurt, add salt and sugar. To drive eggs one by one. Then add small portions of flour mixed with baking powder. Mix well to avoid lumps. Pour in the oil and mix again.
In a saucepan or bowl, mix orange and lemon juice, add sugar and put the pan on the fire. Fully dissolve sugar, stirring constantly.
Then in a pan with the sauce add the butter. It should completely dissolve. In a separate bowl pour some water and dissolve in it starch. A thin stream pour the starch to the juice, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes, not stopping to interfere.
From pancake dough bake thin pancakes, pre-heating of the pan and grease it with a thin layer of sunflower oil.
Pancakes fold rolls, and then a snail, pour over sauce and serve. Bon appetit!
