In a deep bowl put the yogurt, add the garlic, passed through the press, and soy sauce
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Fill a pot with water ~ 1, 5 liters, pour the seasoning for the chicken (you can add spices to your taste), salt. Put the chicken pieces and carrots (also cut into cubes). Cook for 5 minutes, then put in diced onion, bell pepper and and cook until cooked ingredients. Drain, but do not pour! (it is needed for cooking rice). Allow to cool chicken meat. Meanwhile, in the water from the meat add the rice and cook it until ready. 5 minutes until cooked put tomato, diced, and greens. Drain the water.
