Liver oil
Want to diversify your Breakfast - prepare liver oil.


  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken liver

    500 g


A stick of butter, remove from refrigerator, to make it soft. Liver washed, cleaned of films to a boil. When the liver is cooked, remove and cool. Cut into small pieces. On a grater to grate the cheese and add to the liver.
Grind the liver with cheese in a blender, add butter and salt to taste. And work a little in a blender to a homogeneous mass.
On plastic wrap spread half of the mass and roll the sausage, on the one hand, the film tie. And a little more beat to roll, the mass was evenly distributed in the film.
Get two sausages. To put it in the refrigerator, in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
When you want to drink some tea, get the sausage, cut a piece, spread on bread or roll. Bon appetit!!!
