Spicy appetizer of mushrooms
For those who like raw mushrooms as I love them... Very original appetizer (also Spanish cuisine). There is one thing: mushrooms are served piping - hot, they should immediately, otherwise they give the juice and the whole effect of the snacks lost. "Highlight" what is on the outside of the mushrooms spicy, piquant, and almost raw inside, elastic characteristic to the mushrooms and nutty flavor.
