Egg rolls with vegetables and mushrooms
On the eve of any holiday plan to cook something new and interesting. This roll is very suitable for celebration. It is not only delicious, but looks beautiful on the holiday table. But as they say - every day is a holiday, so we, cook it, and in the day, or make for dinner. Moreover, it is easily available in summer products.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    100 g

Prepare the necessary ingredients for this dish.

Zucchini to grate thin circles, brush to put on them, stacking layers, soy sauce TM Kikkoman, natural fermentation, sweet. Leave to stand for some time until we prepare the filling.

Chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry in preheated pan with oil. First onion until transparent, then add mushrooms.

Add pressed garlic, chopped herbs and soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.. a Bit of everything to put out and put on a plate.

In a pan, add oil and put the chopped pepper, add again soy sauce - 1 tbsp, a couple of minutes to put out. Turn off the heat.

Baking tray lay a baking Mat, or parchment, grease with oil, lay the squash rings and the leaves of parsley.

Beat eggs with sugar until doubled, add a pinch of salt and sifted flour, stir gently until smooth.

Pour the egg mixture to the zucchini and put in heated to 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Do not overdry, keep an eye on.

Remove the omelet along with a Mat on the table, sprinkle thickly grated cheese.

Then put the fried mushrooms.

On mushrooms put the pepper.

Sprinkle with chopped greens.

Using the Mat, roll it up, and put on a baking sheet. Put in the oven to slightly brown, about five minutes to seven.
