Sorrel well washed in water.
Chop the sorrel "noodles", boiled heart -cubes.
Onion drizzle with vinegar.
Cucumbers cut into cubes.
To chop the cabbage, mash with your hands .
Combine all the ingredients , season with vegetable oil with sugar, salt and mustard. Mix well.
