Boil vegetable or chicken (for nepolnogo option) broth.

Drain.

Vegetables wash, dry and clean. Carrots, onions and celeriac slice it into thin strips. Cabbage finely chopped, bell pepper cut into rhombs, celery stalks - diagonally into thin slices.

Cut the potatoes into wedges. Here are the tomatoes and corn I used.

Carrots and root celery fry in vegetable oil until soft.
