Boil vegetable or chicken (for nepolnogo option) broth.
Vegetables wash, dry and clean. Carrots, onions and celeriac slice it into thin strips. Cabbage finely chopped, bell pepper cut into rhombs, celery stalks - diagonally into thin slices.
Cut the potatoes into wedges. Here are the tomatoes and corn I used.
Carrots and root celery fry in vegetable oil until soft.
In the boiling broth to omit the potatoes and again bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add peas and corn (not defrosting), add zazharku, petiolate celery and bell pepper and again bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Meat cut into strips. Add the cabbage, meat (for nepolnogo option), tomatoes from the packaging (if fresh, then RUB them on a grater, remove the peel) and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until vegetables are tender.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the chopped garlic, cover and let stand 10 minutes.
