Cooking
Eggplant peel, cut into plates, salt. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Mushrooms cut into 2 pieces, salt and fry, adding 20 grams of butter.
Put the mushrooms on the widest part of the eggplant.
Grate cheese and garlic, mix well.
Eggplants to put mayonnaise and sprinkle grated cheese with garlic.
Wrap the narrow part of the eggplant under the cap of the mushroom.
