A simple and delicious appetizer, basically pie on a stick. Convenient to take along for a picnic, quick cooking, eaten even faster. Go!

Cooking
Mushrooms fill with water and allow to stand to with nick cleaned up all the garbage. It's better to take small so as not to cut, but I had only these
Mushrooms cut into 4 pieces and remove the stem. Skewers soak in water for 10 minutes
Cheese cut into cubes, large or small, that's to Your taste
Fry in vegetable oil on high heat for 5 minutes. Of course they give a lot of juice, if possible, it is better to cook them on the grill
Now take the mushrooms and cheese on skewers
