Cut mushrooms, carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into cubes.
Overcook with the addition of salt and sugar.
Cook liver and egg.
Boiled liver cut into wedges. The egg - cubes. Mix with zazharku, salt, pepper, add mayonnaise.
Grate cheese on a medium grater.
Melt in the pan, set aside it to cool a bit.
With a spatula remove from the pan the cheese cake, to dress the inverted glass and compressed. Cool - remove, fill with salad.
