Salad with calamari and Peking cabbage
I made this salad for Easter for the second time, the guests very much. Tender, juicy, for those who love seafood. Thanks to the author Svetlana Gorbunenko

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 pack

  • Cabbage Chinese

    0.25 plug

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Orange

    4 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Squid thaw and boil in boiling salted water for 2-3min. cool. Cut the rings. Cabbage cut into strips, slightly thicker squid. Take Kale and calamari, gently with your hands to mix.

Eggs, chop.

Apple peel, cut into thin strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

The squid, add the eggs, apples, peas, salt.

For the sauce combine the mayonnaise, orange juice, sauce" Tabasco". Mix well.

Season the salad just before serving.
