Appetizer of mushrooms baked on puff pastry
Simple, cute, original and very tasty! It's supposed to be delicious and quick appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 г

  • Mushrooms

    16 шт

  • Green onions

    1 пуч.

  • Bacon

    50 г

  • Black olives

    10 шт

  • Dutch cheese

    100 г

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Vinegar

    1 ст. л.

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Black pepper

Wash mushrooms, Pat dry. Mushroom caps to clean from skin, remove the stem. Drizzle with soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil and pepper. Set aside to marinate.

Finely chop legs mushrooms and olives, sauté with onions and bacon, and pepper. If you want you can add garlic and herbs. If necessary, season with salt to taste.

Stuff stuffed mushroom caps.

Roll the dough to desired thickness, cut with cookie cutter, slices a little more than a mushroom cap, place it in a baking dish, put on the dough mushrooms.

Sprinkle the mushrooms grated hard cheese. Bake at 180* for 15-20 minutes. Serve snacks both hot and cold.

If the mushrooms are large, hats for a couple of minutes to boil, then the snack will look more beautiful. I cooked the first half portion, I recommend to cook by recipe. And the next time I want to try to take half a small tomato and stuff them with this filling.
