Cooking
Mandarins need to buy a small size and thin skin. Dense. A little ripe. Our best fit from the Caucasus. (mandarins!) Tangerines thoroughly rinsed and torn off the stalk.

In the morning put the saucepan on the fire, pour 200 ml. of water. When the water is boiling - pour 500 g of sugar. Make a syrup. When the sugar is dissolved - gently, without a splash, put into the pot and tangerine formed overnight juice. Bring to a boil, reduce fire and cook with small fire for about 2 hours.
