Mushroom julienne in the pan
If you want to cook quickly a delicious and hearty dish, this julienne in the pan will be a great lifesaver. It is prepared simply in a skillet, which greatly simplifies the process.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Milk

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1/4 ч. л.

  • Flour

    3 ст. л.

  • Cheese

    150 г

  • Olive oil

    3 ст. л.

With mushrooms drain the water and transfer them to a frying pan greased with olive oil.

Peel the onion, wash, cut into cubes and add to the mushrooms. Fry mushrooms with onions until tender.

In cream sift flour, add salt, pepper, stir well to avoid lumps.

Pour the cream into the pan with the mushrooms. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes minutes, stirring occasionally.

For the preparation of Julien I used the "Belebeevsky" Bashkir honey cheese.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Sprinkle our julienne and cook for another 5 minutes with the lid closed.
