Description
Low calorie and hearty soup. 100 gr 41 kcal (my rough estimation). If you count calories, you count your prepared dish. The cooking time is given without taking into account the soaking of the lentils.

Cooking
Sort through the lentils and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Then drain the water and lentils to boil in two cups water until soft about 30 minutes. I took the green lentils, the cooking time of 40-50 minutes.
To prepare the vegetables. Finely chop the onion. I took the white tips of green onions, any onion will do.
Sweet pepper peel and cut into cubes. I have frozen.
Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.
In a pan pour 2 tbsp of olive oil, slightly fry the onions.
Add peppers and carrots, also a little fry and pour 0.5 Cup of water. Saute 7 minutes.
Pour in the tomato sauce. (I have tomato very thick, so I diluted with water) Salt and pepper, if tomato is sour, add fructose (sugar) to taste.
Boil for about 7-10 minutes until the lentils are tender.
Podgotovte herbs and garlic. Finely slice.
Soup aside and add the herbs with garlic. Let stand.
