Spicy and charming roll with carrot, garlic, cheese, cilantro, dill and mayonnaise.. fast.. tasty and simple to cook

Ingredients

Chicken egg

Flour pancake

4 Tbsp
Mayonnaise

300 g
Salt
Black pepper
Vegetable oil

1 Tbsp
Garlic

3 tooth
Cilantro
Dill

1 piece
Carrots

2 piece
Cheese

Cooking

To prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients for the dough

Baking tray lay a paper, put on paper the dough and flatten. Bake in a preheated 200C oven for 15-20 minutes (until tender)

Cookie monster is ready to grease 2/3 of the mayonnaise, top evenly distribute the carrots and the cheese, grated on a coarse grater, chopped garlic and herbs. All pour the remaining mayonnaise

Roll into a tight roll, wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator (for at least 20 minutes)..of course, you can eat immediately, but best when roll is saturated and will be SOOOOO tender
