Cooking
Wash vegetables and dry. Onions and garlic are clear. Onion diced, garlic - thin slices. Slice the zucchini cubes, spinach chopped. Carrots and celery and chop sticks.
Wash mushrooms, dry and cut into plates. Preheat the pan with olive oil, fry on medium heat onion and garlic until soft. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Send zucchini to the pan, season to taste and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Zazharku, Bay leaf and canned red beans, season with salt to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Spinach chop not too finely.
In the finished soup add the spinach and quickly heat.
Serve sprinkled with green onions and, if desired, fresh herbs.
