Lettuce in pots of eggplant
Delicious appetizer with a spicy salad, eggplant, decorated with leaves of lettuce, will give spring mood to Your table.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    300 g

  • Cilantro

    50 g

  • Orange

    120 g

  • Red onion

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Coriander

    0.333 tsp

  • Lettuce

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant cut lengthwise into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes.

Finely chop the cilantro, garlic, red title, red orange and hot red pepper.

Add Apple cider vinegar and soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir.

Vegetable oil bring to a boil and boiling oil to pour salad.

Slices of eggplant wash, dry and fry in vegetable oil on both sides. On each piece put the salad and roll roll.
