A long time we got the recipe with the same name, unfortunately the author does not remember. Made, very much and not only to me but to all my friends. Wanted to thank, but the recipe has mysteriously disappeared. And now I put it again with photos and I want to say thanks to the author. I highly recommend to try. Even those who do not like liver, said good. Apologies for quality of pictures, since removed the mobile and he is not new.

Liver boil, but not digest.
Onions and carrots chop and fry in vegetable oil. To give on a strainer to drain.
Liver to cool and cut into strips.
Mushrooms, fry and cool.
Eggs, salt and milk to make an omelet and cut into strips.
All combine, add salt, mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
