Cooking
Wash the vegetables, slice them as shown below. Mushrooms finely cut, pour lemon juice, vegetable oil, add the garlic, hot pepper. Stir until all the cooking, the mushrooms lightly marinated for five minutes. Petiolar celery I rubbed on a grater, squeeze or juice. Add the rest of the components, they can be interchanged, that is in the refrigerator.
Stir. Add salt last. Put nicely, fungi, olives, lettuce.
