Cooking
Mushrooms put in a pan, add chopped onion, salt, if needed, oil
Fry until Golden brown with the addition of flour
Beets to grate on cucumbers, add the mushrooms, salt, pepper - mayonnaise - mix
Divide beet pulp in 2 parts. To form balls, about the size of a hen's egg, roll in sesame seeds (half balls - white, half - black)
Decorate with leeks, Mayo and greens on request. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour
