Buffet appetizer
Potatoes, mushrooms and sour cream are a traditional combination for a Russian feast! This is a classic combination, I decided to use as the basis for stand-up snacks for vodka!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

    50 г

  • Onion

    30 г

  • Soy sauce

    1 ч. л.

  • Dill

    1 ч. л.

  • Sour cream

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Small potatoes wash thoroughly and bake in their skins (you can boil). Cut the top of the tuber and with a teaspoon remove the pulp part

Salted mushrooms finely chop into small pieces

Add finely chopped onion and dill.

Season with soy sauce "Kikkoman" and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Then add the heavy cream and stir.

Fill potatoes with mushroom filling and serve. Tastier if the potatoes are warm.
