Fasolada with smoked sausages and sage
Thick bean soup, incredibly flavorful and delicious with a pork smoked sausages with fresh leaves of a mountain sage, and oregano. Try it!!

Ingredients

  • Beans

  • Feta

  • Olive oil

Beans, pour water at night. The next day put it in a pot, cover with fresh water and boil until soft. I usually cook in the pressure cooker, but I noticed that the same beans, but different manufacturers comes to preparedness for a different time. Some require 15 minutes, some 30. In this recipe I cooked about 15 minutes.

It is almost ready beans add diced onion.

Carrot, bell pepper half rings.

Add tomatoes and half the olive oil.

Sausages cut into circles and plump again all in the pot.

Add salt to taste, pepper, add paprika, and aromatic herbs. Proverjaem until all the vegetables are soft.

When applying in each plate put on top of the broken hand over the feta, sprinkle with fresh leaves of oregano (which is allowed at this stage to use the parsley) and pour olive oil. Eat fasolada hot with white bread with a crispy crust!???? .
