Mushroom soup with noodles
Outside the window there is snow, and sometimes we want to come back to a warm summer and autumn days. This year we are well prepared and froze a lot of mushrooms, just for the occasion. For mushroom soup, in my opinion, better suited to mushrooms, thanks to their amazing aroma and taste, impossible to resist ????

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Potatoes

    2 шт

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1/2 шт

  • Noodles

    1 горст.

  • Dill

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Clean the vegetables, cut the potatoes and onion, grate the carrots

Potatoes fill with water and put on to cook until tender

While cooking the potatoes, fry the onion, carrot until Golden brown, add the pre-cooked frozen mushrooms. Salt, pepper and stew under a lid, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes

Add to the pan the mushrooms with the vegetables, allow to boil

Add a handful of noodles, stir. Salt, pepper to taste. Add dried dill. Close the lid and allow to infuse the soup for 10 minutes

Fragrant delicious soup is ready. Bon appetit ☺️
