Description
Recipe found on the Italian website a while ago. Prepare them for all the holidays as a hot entrée. Well suited for wines, champagne and more drinks.

Prepare the necessary products.
Mushroom caps to clean from skin, remove the stem.
Slice the Gorgonzola and the mozzarella in small cubes, put on the mushrooms. Salt is not necessary.
Well drizzle with olive oil, cover each mushroom with a slice of pancetta. Bake at 180* for 15-17 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with fresh Basil.
