Protiven grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put the ring of canned pineapple.
Fried chicken boil in salted water.
Carve it into slices and fry in butter together with chopped onion, at the end of cooking add semolina, mix well and turn off the heat.
Put each pineapple ring, a spoonful of grilled chicken with onions.
Mushrooms boil, drain the water, cool.
Within each cap, insert a piece of cheese.
Prepare the batter: mix egg, milk, cottage cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, salt, pepper, add the flour, mix well.
Now dip the test in each mushroom cap and put on the rings down the cheese. Pour the remaining dough on each piece, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put in preheated oven to bake the dough for 15-20 minutes.
Finished "zagrebcani" spread on a dish.
Before serving, slightly warm in the oven or microwave, spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bon appetit!
