Cooking
The lentils soaking is not necessary. Throw in boiling water pre-enumerated and washed lentils.
Prepare zazharku. Grind the garlic, dobavlaet salt, the cilantro, the pepper paste and mix thoroughly. Heat oil and put garlic, fry until the appearance of the characteristic odor of garlic and cilantro.
Lentils have become almost a puree, and the volume of the liquid reduced by 1/4, add zazharku and cook to reduce liquid by 1/3.
