These same legs finely chop and fry in oil. To taste add black pepper powder. Do NOT add SALT (due to the cheese turns out so great).
Cheese skip through Mincer or RUB on a small grater. Grind it well until a homogeneous mass
And mix with roasted legs of mushrooms, add the finely chopped dill.
Filled with cooked minced mushroom caps.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, put small piece of butter.
Bake in the oven on medium heat until it will turn brown.
