Begins the season of zucchini, so I decided to open the season in this masterpiece)))

The dough: on a fine grater grate the zucchini and carrots, add 2 eggs, soda, salt, black pepper, yogurt and flour. The dough should get as pancakes - liquid.
Pour into the pan the batter and fry our pancakes, greasing the pan with butter.
While frying the pancakes, make the stuffing: 3 boiled eggs with garlic three on a fine grater.
add the mayonnaise and herbs and mix everything together.

* brush our cake ,alternating the filling: one pancake smeared with mayonnaise sauce with the following fungi, etc.
Decorate with tomatoes and greens, in the middle of the yolk.
