Cooking
Finely chop the potato and boil. Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences (or buy frozen) and after 5-7min. after boiling the potatoes, throw in pot. Cook for 10 minutes If you want the cabbage that crackled, then simmer for 5-7min. Grind all the immersion blender. Add salt to taste, white pepper and cream.
Bread (any, to taste) cut into cubes and put on the hot pan. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and quickly fry the croutons, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with croutons and turmeric immediately disable the pan (turmeric does not like high temperatures). Toast is a bright yellow or Golden color.
In soup, it is desirable to crumble any (to taste) parsley. Serve still warm with toasted bread or with bran. If you want a more creamy taste, add another spoonful of cream. Bon appetit!
