Pickled mushrooms in soy sauce in Korean
Korean tapas is, of course, cabbage and carrots. Mushrooms Koreans also pickle, and maturation takes a few days. But you can make the spicy mushrooms straight to the table or to take along on a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 г

  • Tomato

    2 шт

  • Parsley

    1 пуч.

  • Soy sauce

    50 мл

  • Balsamic

    1 ч. л.

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Cilantro

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Sesame

    1 ч. л.

  • Allspice

  • Sugar

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Mushrooms we shall not roast nor boil. Don't be surprised. Mushrooms and raw edible. And we will be in a quick marinade. Cut the parsley, put on the mushrooms.

Connect soy sauce "Kikkoman", balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, coriander seeds, sugar, pepper and vegetable oil.

Pour marinade mushrooms. Leave them for an hour.

Slice the tomatoes very thinly across. Mix with the mushrooms. Leave for half an hour.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pickled mushrooms in soy sauce is ready. Invited to the table!!!
