Caramelized aubergine rolls with mushrooms and beans
Excellent spicy appetizer. Suitable for family dinner or for entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

  • Brown sugar

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    1 pack

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

Beans soak and boil as directed on package.
