Cookies and pistachio puree them in a food processor or with a wooden mortar; the strawberries cut into small pieces.
Arrange in portioned cups: cookies; 0.5-1 tsp liqueur or syrup; strawberries. [i] (use all the ingredients in 1/2 portions to make 2 layers)[/i]
Rubs mascarpone with egg yolk and sugar and mix with beaten egg whites. [i]you Can not use the egg and just RUB the mascarpone with sugar.[/i]
In dessert cups, add pistachios,
And cream-mascarpone. In the same way, do a second layer.
Sprinkle top with cocoa or grated chocolate, close with cling film and leave in the fridge for 10-12 hours.
