Boil in the broth beans. I have a sort of "black eye" - no need to soak, boil 40 minutes. While cooking the beans, prepare zazharku. In vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onion, adding there is tomato paste (I took the Krasnodar sauce), stir and set aside until the side.

Cut sausages and smoked strips. The more types, the better. When the beans have cooked, add sausage to the pan, cook for another 10 minutes. Then add cucumbers (pre-grated on a coarse grater), pour in the brine. Cook for another 10 minutes, salt, add spices and herbs.
