Warm carpaccio with mushroom cream sauce

  • Mushrooms

Prepare the products.

Mushrooms finely cut and fry quickly in a hot pan. Lay out on a serving plate.

In olive oil fry the garlic and take it. Pour in the mushroom broth. Will it is evaporated and add the cream. Salt, add rosemary and Basil.
