Mardi Gras has already passed... but something again, I want pancakes... decided to dream up... and this is what came of it. This dish can decorate a festive table at Easter!

The pecem our favorite pancakes.. on my yogurt..
We need salmon thinly sliced, I took this in the package..
Now our cut the pancake in half, and Saldivar each other in the overlap.. so I took 2 damn.. get 4 halves...
Now take any cheese, I have Philadelphia, she was with weed but I have cut dill..
Put on top of the fish... not a lot
And gently roll.. put, pressed lightly.. do that until the end of the fish.. I just got 3 of the stump. Then decorate with mushrooms. make knife cuts are not deep and insert there the mushrooms.. WELL then your imagination... I took the lettuce and put them on the penechki. Nice!
