Pancake rolls stuffed with mushrooms and cheese
A good starter for a celebratory feast - rolls of pancakes stuffed with cheese and mushrooms!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

  • Milk

    250 мл

  • Porridge

    300 мл

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    500 мл

  • Salt

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Flour

    1 стак.

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1/4 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Mushrooms

    200 г

  • Onion

    200 г

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Cheese

    300 г

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

For a more delicate dough on the pancakes to add a bit of finished semolina. For its preparation I used semolina Mistral

Bring the milk to a boil, add, stirring the semolina and boil for 10 minutes. Received porridge cool slightly. If you have just finished semolina - you can use it (about 300 ml)

To the cooled semolina porridge add the eggs, salt, sugar, milk, soda (slaked vinegar) and begin to pour the flour, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Flour may take more or less - look at the consistency of the dough. It should be quite liquid, flowing. One of my friends says that the perfect pancake batter is the consistency of PVA glue - if you ever seen a PVA glue, you'll understand what I mean

Will rakalite the pan, brush with oil, bake pancakes on both sides.

For the filling fry the mushrooms with onion, season to taste with salt, cool

Grate cheese, mix it with mushrooms, chopped garlic, mayonnaise, black pepper
