Very tasty salad, quick to prepare. Salad from the Soviet era, mom gave me a recipe inherited :) the site has a similar recipe, but mine's much simpler.

Cooking
Heart wash, remove fat, or films in General from all the excess. Boil in lightly salted water until soft. For salad you can use as pork, Turkey or chicken heart. Cut into cubes or strips.
In a bowl with the chopped heart add crushed using garlic press, salt and pepper to taste. The amount of garlic also can be varied according to your taste.
On a plate put half of the sliced heart
On top of the mesh of mayonnaise. You can simplify the task and heart immediately mix with the mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Mayonnaise is not lubricated.
On cheese put the second part of the heart, again fishnet mayonnaise and grated cheese. Cheese, if you like, you can put more. You can take a bigger dish and make one layer of the heart and one layer of cheese.
