The beetroot I have laid out, and now want to share our hash-based serum.

Sour cream

Lemon

Cooking
Cucumbers and onion finely cut, greens finely chop. Put in a saucepan. Add sour cream and mix well. Eggs cook, finely chop the sausage and finely chop. Add to the pot.
Mix well.
Add 2 l of serum. Season with salt to taste and squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Mix well. Give a little brew in the fridge.
In a serving plate squeeze a clove of garlic and pour the soup.
Bon appetit.
Satisfies not only hunger, but thirst.
