Ingredients

  • Veal

    1400 g

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Martini

    150 ml

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Rinse the mushrooms in water with lemon juice, chop, drizzle with the remaining juice and mix (juice is roughly divided in half.. I always crush with half a large lemon-two tablespoons)

In a pan heat a knob of butter (about 20g), add a little sunflower seed ( 2 tbsp) put the mushrooms and fry on a slow fire, season with salt and pepper

Slice brisket in small pieces, pepper, mix well

To enable the mode "roasting" in a slow cooker, put the remaining butter. when it comes to a boil-put the meat. fry 15 minutes, stirring occasionally

In the pan, where roasted mushrooms, pour a Martini, mix, give a bit of fry

And add sour cream.. stir and close the lid. turn off the fire

Mix the meat in the bowl of a slow cooker with the mushrooms and turn mode "Quenching" for 40 minutes
