Mushrooms require minimal effort and are prepared very quickly, I cook them in a skillet. Stuffing can be cooked in advance and kept in the fridge. And the fact that they are incredibly tasty stuffed with chicken, green onions and ginger, can not even speak.

Cooking
I had a medium size mushrooms. To prepare we will have them in the pan, so I needed 14 pieces - the number that perfectly fits into the pan. Mushrooms wipe with a damp cloth, remove the stems.
Prepare the stuffing. In a blender chop chicken legs from the mushrooms, along with white part of green onions.
In the mince add black pepper, ginger, and soy sauce.
Put the filling mounds in mushroom caps.
Roll the stuffed mushrooms in the flour.
Heat a skillet with a lid over medium heat and add about two teaspoons of vegetable oil.
Fry first the mushrooms with stuffing side, until Golden brown. Then flip and about the same time fry the other side.
Prepare a fill in 80 ml of water, add sour cream and salt, stir. Add the mushrooms to fill, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
That's all. Actually, the preparation will take no more than 10 minutes, another 15 minutes to cook. A quick and delicious dinner provided to you.
