Snack
The basis of this dish is the appetizer of mushrooms in the lemon juice, which I decided to collect the "basket." Great for strong drinks and white dry wine (my husband doesn't drink strong).

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Lemon juice

    5 ст. л.

  • Greens

    1 пуч.

  • Vodka

    2 ст. л.

  • Water

    100 мл

  • Butter

    50 г

  • Sugar

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Flour

    70 г

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Salt

    0.75 ч. л.

Cooking

Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes

Put the mushrooms, sprinkle with mixture of peppers, salt and pour lemon juice. Fry for 2-3 minutes, pour in vodka, stir and remove from heat.

Mushrooms together with the sauce and put into the fridge and takes over the the dough.

In a saucepan pour the water, put butter, salt and sugar. Bring to a complete dissolution of oil, immediately add all the flour and quickly stir with a plastic or wooden spoon. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

One at a time beat in the eggs until smooth dough. If the eggs are large, that might be enough for 1.5 pieces - the dough should not be liquid.

On the sheet, the laid parchment, with a syringe or teaspoon form the basket handle put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

Ready take out the dough from the oven and allow to cool, using toothpicks collect the basket.

The mushrooms add finely chopped greens and put them in the "basket." Until serving keep in refrigerator. Mushrooms can prepare for 1-2 days.
