Niçoise salad
Nice fish salad with my changes and additions.. some green beans, tomatoes, onions.. and even eggs, olives, canned anchovies and tuna, with a dressing of olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard, garlic and allspice..

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Tuna

    200 g

  • Olives

    0.66 cup

  • Anchovies

    50 g

Cooking

Beans in boiling water and cook for 1 minute, drain in a colander and put into ice water, then dry well with paper towels or napkins. on a plate put layers: beans, tomatoes, cut into thin slices onion - rings or half rings eggs, cut into 4 pieces tuna

Add to salad anchovies, olives cut in half all of the plenty of pepper

Make a dressing: mix well oil, vinegar, mustard and very much chopped garlic
