Dessert coffee
Delicate coffee flavor... a Very nice dessert, easy to prepare. A recipe from my beloved "Culinary treasures"

Ingredients

  • Starch

    2 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    80 г

  • Milk

    2 ст. л.

  • Yolk egg

    2 шт

  • Instant coffee

    2 ч. л.

  • Water

    1 ст. л.

  • Cream

    1,5 стак.

  • Chocolate milk

    50 г

  • Salt

Combine the cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add to this mixture milk, mix well. Whip the egg yolks with a mixer with the starch mixture.

Coffee is diluted with water and add to the egg-starch mixture. Put in a water bath and stirring constantly cook for about 5 minutes, until thick cream. Remove from heat, cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Chocolate RUB on a small grater. Cream whip.

In the cooled coffee mix add the grated chocolate, mix well. Cream be divided into 2 parts. In one part of the cream add 1/3 of cream, mix well, put into glasses. The remaining cream to combine with the remaining 2/3 cream. Mix well and put into glasses. In this case, the dessert will turn out striped.
