Toast with mushrooms, leeks and ham
Pain perdu aux champignons de Paris et poireaux jambon - very tasty:). Soft and tender middle and crispy top. Prepared on the basis of stale baguette, onion and ham in a creamy filling with a crust of melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • Baguette

  • Cheese

  • Chicken egg

  • Cream

    400 г

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Greens

    3 шт

  • A mixture of spices

Cooking

Stale baguette to cut into pieces the size of the baking dish.

Fry in olive oil chopped white onions, leek and peeled mushrooms until tender.

Add ham, cook another couple of minutes, add chopped greens, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.

Put cooked vegetables on top of the baguette.

Whip the cream with the eggs, season with salt and pepper.

Pour the creamy mass baguette, let stand for a few minutes so that the bottom of baguette softened, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180* 20-25 minutes.
