Mushroom satsivi
I, like many, are very fond of Georgian cuisine. Satsivi is one of them. I decided to experiment with mushrooms. Turned out not less tasty. I'm sure that this dish will appeal to all those, who like spicy and those who fast.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 г

  • Walnuts

    100 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    4 зуб.

  • Greens

    1 пуч.

  • Broth

    1 стак.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Garnet

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Wash the mushrooms. Boil in salted water until tender. Remove the mushrooms, strain the broth. Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
