Vegetable soup with spinach
Spicy, rich soup. Recipe from Indian cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Broth

  • Potatoes

    300 г

  • Carrots

  • Celery root

  • Tomato

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Spinach

    150 г

  • Cream

    100 мл

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Turmeric

    1 ч. л.

Wash vegetables and clean. Carrots and celery and chop sticks, pepper strips, tomato - diced.
